Question 1

Why did my Netflix charge increase?

Accepted Answer

Netflix periodically raises prices. If your charge is higher than expected, check your current plan at netflix.com > Account > Plan Details — you may have been moved to a higher tier or a promotional price ended.

Question 2

How do I cancel Netflix to stop the charge?

Accepted Answer

Sign in at netflix.com > Account > Cancel Membership. Netflix cancels at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again and can continue watching until then.

Question 3

Why is my Netflix charge different from the listed price?

Accepted Answer

Taxes are added to Netflix subscription prices in many US states and internationally. The listed price is pre-tax. Your total charge includes applicable taxes for your location.
